D.C. native Sambino is a very familiar face in the town. This man has a very unique taste of music verying from Morrissey to Jay Z. Being a seeker of a different sound, Sambino began experimenting with Drum and Bass back in 1995.
His crates contain label such as Hospital Recs, Creative Source, Prototype, and Moving Shadow. He has held down the decks at D.C. clubs such as The Blue Room, Club Red, and Salome. His mixed CD’s along the years are 001 Live at Tom’s(2002), 002 Blind Date, 003 The Vocalist, and the anticapated release of 004 Itty Bitty Pieces(2004). Beside Djing Sambino has also produced tracks for the Orlando based group P-Fate (www.projectfate.com) and the upcoming D.C. rap artist Fuzzy Byskitz.
